IF YOU REGISTERED FOR A CLASS THROUGH OUR WEBSTORE

PLEASE HAVE YOUR RECEIPT READY TO SHOW AT TIME OF CLASS

Class Location

Unless otherwise noted, classes are held at 1171 Oak Street in Junction City.  There will be TSI signs in the front yard of the house where we conduct our classes.

Parking

Street parking is extremely limited and available only on a first come first serve basis.  For guaranteed parking it is recommended that you park at the First Christian Church parking lot at 1250 Nyssa Street and walk about a block to 1171 Oak Street where the classes are held. (See Map)


Class Registration

To signup for one of our classes, please go to our Webstore.  Find the class that you want on the date that you want, and purchase it.

Drop-Ins / Walk-Ins

Drop-Ins / Walk-Ins are welcome, but please EMAIL OR CALL before the day of the class to ensure class availability.  We cannot gurantee class availability if you do not contact us.  The best way to ensure a seat in a class is to purchase it ahead of time from our Webstore.  

Late Attendance

Unless prior arrangements have been made, we do not allow students to show up more than 15 minutes late after class start time because many of our courses have mandatory attendance requirements in order to recieve certification.  Students that show up later than 15 minutes after class start time will be dismissed from the class and will not receive a refund.

Payment

If registering for a class online, you will be directed to pay through Paypal when checking out from our Webstore.  For Drop-Ins, Walk-Ins, and those who register via email or phone, payment may be made in person on the day of the class.  We accept cash or card, but please no personal checks.

Refund Policy

If for some reason you purchase a class and either fail to pass it or do not attend it, we cannot issue a refund, you will have to sign up and pay for another class. If you know ahead of time that you will be unable to attend a class you must contact us at least 24 hours prior to your booking for a refund or to request changing to a class on a different date. Class reschedules must be within the next 2 instances that the class is offered and is dependent on available seats. If for some reason you do not attend a rescheduled class you will have to sign up and pay for another class and will not receive a refund.

We cannot issue a refund for incomplete blended learning or online E-learning courses. Unless otherwise posted, skills sessions for blended learning courses must be completed within 60 days of completion of online portion of the course.

If we have to cancel a class due to low attendance, instructor illness, or other issues; we will either give you a full refund, or offer to exchange the class for the same class on a different day. We reserve the right to cancel any classes at any time for any reason.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer refunds for custom classes, but will work with you to reschedule.
