- In Person: The class is held in person at one of our training sites (location will be stated in the selection).
- Online Instructor-Led: The class is held online via Zoom, but is taught by a live instructor. Students attend the class virtually using the Zoom platform
Description
More and more in our daily lives, we have compounded stress from many sources. Stress can cause physical and emotional harm. This course is for those who are feeling more than average stress in their lives. It is designed to provide you with information and tools to recognize the causes of stress; the effect it has on you, physically and emotionally; and tools and resources to help you deal with that stress. It also covers tools for more effective one-on-one communication.
This course is taught by an instructor with years of experience helping first responders, and others, manage stress and traumatic experiences.
